This session isn’t just about recovering; it’s about reinventing oneself with style, insight, and a plan.

Dr. Pelletier debunks common myths that often hinder personal and professional growth. She introduces an innovative visual model that vividly illustrates the concept of strategic resilience, highlighting the interplay between various life spheres. This model isn’t just informative — it’s a game-changer, providing a clear roadmap to resilience.

Packed with engaging stories, relatable examples, and hands-on tactics, this keynote empowers you to take the driver’s seat in managing your resilience. You’ll learn how to weave resilience into your daily work and personal life, not just as a reactive measure, but as a proactive strategy.

Key takeaways include:

– Embracing Proactive Resilience: Dive deep into what it means to approach resilience as an ongoing, strategic endeavor rather than a reactive response.

– Crafting Your Resilience Blueprint: Discover the essential elements for developing a custom resilience plan that resonates with your unique circumstances.

– Harnessing Your Context: Uncover the critical role context plays in your resilience journey and learn how to navigate the interconnectedness of your personal and professional worlds to maximize your resilience.

In an era of transformational change, professionals and workplace culture are impacted in multiple ways. Some impacts are an acceleration of pre-existing trends, and some are new. But one thing is clear – many of these changes are far-reaching.

In this presentation, Dr. Pelletier brings together her clinical work as a practicing work psychologist with current research to challenge your assumptions and help your organization understand these changes at the individual, team and organizational levels.

More importantly, she highlights how organizations and individuals can manage these changes and turn them into an advantage. By approaching this moment in time with curiosity, agility and renewed energy and purpose, we can not only adapt to change, we can thrive.

– Understand the links between your mindset, resilience and mental health.

– Distinguish what factors contribute to mental agility and health, as well as to fatigue and burnout.

– Reconstruct your strategic plan for the power of resilience based on strategies that work.

Your team and your organisation already include a probably large but hidden neurodiverse population. This likely leads to even more creativity, innovation, productivity and resilience. A more conscious effort to create and support such diversity would benefit everyone – individuals, teams and the organisation.

If you increase your literacy and framework, then you create the potential for positive outcomes. Organizational climates that connect neurodiversity with inclusion and ethical climates do even better. In this talk, Dr Marie-Helene covers what neurodiversity is, how it differs from and intersects with mental health at work and its significance. She guides a research-based reflection on where we are currently at and how to move forward to support even better psychological health and safety for a neurodiverse population.

– Define neurodiversity and its connection with mental health

– Understand how beliefs and literacy impact support of neurodiversity at work

– Identify actions to start taking now to support neurodiversity

Given your high-pressure role in a culture of always adding more, it is not surprising that fatigue and burnout represent prevalent occupational and mental health challenges. Informed by her psychology, business, and workplace mental health practice, Dr. Marie-Hélène Pelletier shares both the contextual aspects and the organizational, team and individual opportunities you need to see, so you can set meaningful goals that align with your values and protect performance and health.

Learning objectives:

– Distinguish what factors belong to the context and to you, and how these interact.

– Understand how your professional beliefs are impacting the risk for burnout.

– Reconstruct your plan for prevention and maintenance of health.
