Taylor Lindsay-Noel is an award-winning entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and disability advocate from Toronto, Canada. Once a promising Canadian national gymnast, her life took an unexpected turn in 2008 when a training accident resulted in a spinal cord injury, leaving her paralyzed from the neck down. Rather than allowing this life-altering event to define her, Taylor transformed adversity into purpose, building a career dedicated to empowering others and advocating for greater inclusivity.

As the founder and owner of Cup of Té Luxury Loose Leaf Teas, Taylor has established herself as a leader in the premium tea industry. Her brand gained national recognition when it was featured on Oprah’s Favorite Things List in 2020, propelling it to international success. Her entrepreneurial journey has since been celebrated widely, earning her the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Black Business and Professional Association’s Harry Jerome Awards, one of Canada’s most prestigious honors recognizing Black excellence.

Beyond her business endeavors, Taylor is a council member of the Premier’s Council on Equality of Opportunity, where she works to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. She is also a sought-after motivational speaker, captivating audiences with her powerful story of resilience, reinvention, and entrepreneurship.
