With three decades in the public spotlight, Tim Hudak brings a wealth of leadership experience and practical insights to the stage. From his time as Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario, Member of Provincial Parliament, CEO of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and as a media pundit, Tim has consistently driven meaningful change and helped organizations and individuals achieve their goals in leadership and public affairs.
During his seven years as CEO of OREA, Tim led a remarkable transformation, positioning the association as one of Canada’s most impactful advocacy groups. His efforts strengthened consumer protection, championed the dream of home ownership, and introduced a groundbreaking health and insurance benefits program for REALTORS®. Recognized as one of the most powerful figures in North American residential real estate by the Swanepoel Power 200 for five consecutive years, Tim knows what it takes to lead and deliver results.
Before his success in association management, Tim spent 21 years in public office, serving as Leader of the Ontario PC Party and Cabinet Minister. Since stepping out of politics, he has continued to shape public policy as a trusted advisor, including his work on the provincial Housing Affordability Task Force and as Chair of the Ontario Tourism Economic Recovery Task Force post-COVID.
When he’s not inspiring audiences or shaping policy, Tim enjoys life at home with his wife, Newstalk 1010 host Deb Hutton, and their two daughters, Miller and Maitland. In his downtime, you’ll find him exploring hidden trails on his mountain bike or perfecting his outdoor cooking skills.
